D.O.S.A. Soccer Club

The D.O.S.A Soccer Club was formed in 1989, when some soccer playing, graduating students from Dominic College, Joe O'Hea (a teacher at Dominic with a great love for soccer) and some other people got together with the Dominic Old Scholars Organisation and formed the club. The club then gained approval to play in the Division 4 roster for 1989 on a probationary basis.

D.O.S.A. stands for Dominic Old Scholars Association. Dominic being the local College where a number of DOSA's players attended.

At present the club has four sides, three mens and one womens team.
The club also supports the college, which has a number of sides in underage school competitions, some of which are coached quite successfully by players from the club itself.

The Bantams

DOSA adopted the name "the Bantams" from English first division club Bradford City, due to the similarity in club colours, with the DOSA premier league team wearing a very similar strip to that worn by the Bradford City team.
Maroon, Gold and Black being the predominant colours of the club.
